Vegan Panna Cotta

250ml soya cream (not the whipping sort)
50ml creamed coconut
200ml soya milk
100g sugar
1/2 teaspoon agar agar powder

1. get all the ingredients in a pan apart from the agar agar
2. make sure the sugar is all melted
3. when the concotion is really warm (but not boiling) start whisking and add the agar agar
4. whisk until the mixture is bubbling and turn off the cooker
5. pour in ramekins, allow to cool down a bit and then place in fridge to set
6. before serving, make sure you take it out of the fridge half an hour before so that it’s not too cold

    ti ho trovato grazie a Missvanilla e ti seguo per le ricette e per leggere qualcosa in inglese che mi piaccia così mi resta più in testa visto che ne so poco più di zero ^^
    La panna cotta vegan direi che la faccio per i miei ospiti domenica, magari con una salsa di fragole fresche :))
