Last weekend we travelled to Frome in Somerset (south west of England) where we sold savoury and sweet vegan treats at an artisan market. This was the first time ever, and hopefully not the last, I actually baked and sold to the public. I have to admit I was so pleased with the outcome, not only because of the profits, but also personal achievement and satisfaction after having spent an entire day baking in the kitchen.

Soon I’ll be cooking again for a fair here in South London and in a few weeks’ time we are launching the first night of probably the first fully vegan secret restaurant in London. So if you ever want to come down, let me know!
