Next to last class of my macrobiotic course, I am actually a couple of weeks late posting this but I’ve been super busy trying to organise my life and moving out of my house.
Today’s class was about balance and trying to find the perfect combination of foods that are both yin and yang.
We started out with a nice barley and vegetable soup with fresh lemon juice and nori
Moved on to main course with (from bottom centre clockwise): a lovely sald with rocket, roasted butternut squash and orange dressing, vegetable spring rolls, blanched greens with a sweet miso sauce, shepherdess pie with millet and potato mash
Last but not least a baked apple an pear crumble
